MOOOORE ART (and a doggie) ~ Here's some things I've done over the last couple weeks but haven't posted them yet. The first is a drawing in black inkpen on the back of a paper that came from a box of air conditoner filters. I'm thinking of printing this and maybe adding some color to it. I had done this when I was out at my Mom's house for a couple of weeks. I should have listened to my sister Betsy and brought my art things when I stayed out there! Also more fantasy tree ACEO's and last, a larger work in progress on watercolor paper that is 9 x 12 inches. I hope everyone is having a creative and fun weekend! I just had to add that little pic of my doggie Toby right after his bath. He has the prettiest silky light reflecting hair (when it's clean that is!) He has to get baths often too!

I'm really liking the surrealist feel of your ink sketch. I totally agree that it would be excellent for a printing and color process!
Also, I'm loving the "marshmallow" card you did earlier. Hard to define why, but the composition is fantastic and the colors are delicious.
Glad you had a great weekend!
Thanks Rachel and I really like your blog and your 'Last Bear Standing' it's awesome!
Love the ink tree too. Maybe it was a good thing that you didn't bring your art stuff with you, it made you try something else, lol.h
Ohhh how wonderful! I think it would be great for you to make prints! I am looking forward to seeing the ACEO's that you make! GREAT post! Thanks for sharing!
*HUGS*
:), the dog pic is so cute.
I too like the surrealist feel of the ink drawing. I will be interested in seeing what you do with it colourwise. Love looking at your trees, they are so comforting.
Lynette, I really love the sketch! It's great and just a little different than other art work that you've produced. I also really like the last image and of course Toby is adorable!!
Love your Toby,,,,,,what would we do without our pet children?
I too love this sketch, and I agree with Flo,,,,,maybe you wouldn't have "branched out" if you'd had all your stuff!
Really good looking work Lynnie,,,,everything!
I love doggies!! He looks quite happy :)
Toby's a sweetie! I really love the last pic best! Colours are neat. Your trees have a feeling all of their own.
Your tree sketch is really interesting. I agree with Rachel. Another one for printing.
Does you dog get along with the cat?
Hi Flo, Angela, J.B., Cyn, Babs, Terri, M.O.I., Janet WoW, thanks for the wonderful comments!!
