- Hello and thanks for visiting! I've been painting and drawing for many years. I graduated from Western Kentucky University in 1984 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree and I've always enjoyed creating art! I'm fascinated with trees, growing up in Kentucky and living in Virginia for over 20 years! I love the outdoors and enjoy painting it!

Aww thanks so very much for the kind words on this one Janet, MOI, Babs, Angela, J.B.! I've been buying some frames with mats for some of the paintings and wow what a difference they make. I made a print of this that looks almost exactly like the original and I'm trying to decide if I want to sell some larger prints the same size as the painting or the originals. ??? not sure which one to do but I'll figure it out sooner or later! :D
