SPIRALING INTO COLOR ~ These are some paintings I've been working on this week and I was playing around with spiral shapes and color. These are all painted in acrylics, the top 2 are on watercolor paper, the 2nd is a 6 x 6 inch stretched canvas, and the last one is an 8 x 10 inch canvas board. I hope everyone is having a great weekend and TGIF!!

These are all so HAPPY!
Love #2 the most,,,,,such great depth! I feel I might fall into that deep dark centered area!
I think I like red spiral #2 the best. They all have alot of dimension and movement. But this one seems to pull the most.
I echo TGIF - though now it's Saturday. Whew, tough week.
Your paintings have your stamp on them Lynette. They have a very cosmic feel to them.
Looks like an elephant eye!
Thanks Babs, Janet, Cyn and MOI!
wow the top one is really kind of spooky (in a cool way), like an eye staring out at you. yes, they are very cosmic.
I like the middle one ! very interesting!
