More Lynxie Tree ACEOs ~I keep saying I would like to paint something larger but I've only been painting these small ones lately. I love using the light reflecting gold and pearl acrylics, the medium charcoal pencil, black ink and crystal glitter in some of these. I've been having fun with these and listing them for auction in ebay. I hope everyone had a great weekend; they're forcasting snow for us here tomorrow night, bleecchh!! At least it's only going to be around an inch but Wednesday morning will be a mess.
Aww thank you Lynn, and thanks for the nice words about my daughter and me. I was chicken to post a picture of me since I let my hair 'go' back to natural yuckiness lol! Thanks Babsers!!

Hello and thanks for visiting! I've been painting and drawing for many years. I graduated from Western Kentucky University in 1984 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree and I've always enjoyed creating art! I'm fascinated with trees, growing up in Kentucky and living in Virginia for over 20 years! I love the outdoors and enjoy painting it!

Oooh, love the crystal glitter. Very cool.
Thank you Cath!
Such a pretty flowing etheric feel to these...they even look like fabric and stitches to my eye...I had to enlarge to see they were indeed painted.
Pretty daughter, pretty mom on side bar too.
These are all magical. Love the bluebirds,,,and the 'ladder' effects,,,I see so many stories,,,great imaginative work, Lynn!

I know exactly how you feel about painting small pictures, I tend to go there in periods too. Love this posting and your work :-)
