Bridge of Sighs ~ I got an e-mail advertising an ebay special listing fee of .15 for today only so I listed this one for 24 hours. Hmmm, it's funny how .15 can turn into a $2.50 fee so easily though. I have this one hanging in my living room right now, and I'll be very happy if it sells but also OK if it doesn't. (acrylics on stretched canvas 16 x 20 inches)

Is this a watercolour? My good friend, Clive Powsey, is a painter out west on Vancouver Island. He worked for Disney in animation for a few years but his own art features much watercolour and other types...has a blogsite...

Thanks m.o.i., I'll go check out his blog to see his work. Wow, to work for Disney in animation, that is very awesome! This one isn't watercolor, it's acrylics on stretched canvas. I did the whole thing pretty much in black and white then went back and added the color over it. I almost wish I had left it alone before adding the color because it changed it.
Your painting is very beautiful.
:)
Aww thank you Nina. I noticed the left side of this is kind of glared out though. I always thought this wasn't done somehow, I'm not sure why though. Maybe I could add some branches hanging down from the the top. Thanks again!
