ANOTHER TRIO OF TREES ~ Here's some more of the little trees I've painted recently in aceo size (2 1/2 x 3 1/2 inches). They are all in acrylics on 140 lb. watercolor paper and I've listed all three of these on E-bay.

I think my fave is #1, Lynette, but there's something about the 3rd one that I find really appealing too. You are pretty prolific.

The bottom one looks like lava rope.

Thank you Cyn... :D remember I'm the weekend painter LOL but this week I did one on Wed. night too because I was off work Thursday!
Ha Janet I don't know why I always have an urge to put weird things in my trees, thanks!

You must have to use a magnifying glass to do these- precious!

I really love the top 2! These would make good miniatures, but also in larger sizes. Are they harder to paint when so small?

I can't decide which mone I like best, but I think I am heading for the first one. It exudes a powerful melange (I am being artsy fartsy today lol) of summery delight.
love it.

Think you need to consider additional mediums you can use these images for.

Thank you Terri and M.O.I.! I found that I love doing these tiny ones and use tiny brushes and even toothpicks, but they took some experimenting at first. The funny thing is, I can get up close to them because I'm so near-sighted now I can see perfectly up close without my glasses, but everything is a fuzz 2 feet away without my glasses.
Hehe J.B. I love the 'artsy-fartsy' words, they're music to my ears! Thanks so much! :D
Janet thanks and I've been checking out Imagekind. I've been saving my little tree pics at 300 dpi so hopefully I'll be able to have some decent prints made. I just need to do it and quit thinking about it! :D
