BLUE EDGE OF THE UNIVERSE ~ is the title of this one. I worked on this painting today but I've only got the background done so far. OK, I need to get off this computer and finish this one, which I'm going to do in just a few minutes. The weekend is slipping away! This is acrylics on an 8 x 10 inch stretched canvas. I really love doing larger paintings on a stretched canvas and I need to go buy some more. I've been thinking of trying the thicker edge gallery wrap canvas but not sure where to buy them unless I order some on-line. Hope everyone is having a fun weekend! I hear the spring frogs singing tonight and I love that sound! OK it's time to make a moon, tree and spiderweb come alive in this one!

I am pretty sure I have seen gallery wraps at Michaels. But I think you would probably get better pricing online.

The blue looks really electric.

Looks so rich already! Like the peachy painting with what looks like water droplets to me on the previous posts.
You hear spring frogs already? We've still got snow but it is melting today! My husband's still skiing!

Yes, better to order them online.
The weather was so nice last weekend and we were able to go walk on the trail. Felt sooooooooo good.

Thanks Janet I didn't see them at the Michaels here but I think I'm going to check on-line for them. Thanks J.B. The weather has been really nice here too, spring is almost here! Hi m.o.i. thanks so very much for the nice words! We hardly had any snow at all down here this winter and you still have it on the ground!

Hi Lyn. If you dont check back on your comment, you can go to www.hgtv.com and there is a link on the top that says "Be on HGTV". It will list all the shows. I just happened to see on Craigslist that they were going to do a shoot in Delaware.

Thank you Fenny for the very nice words...I am going to turn this one vertically and I am going to put some trees in there too.

This looks very cold and lonely

Thanks Terri, I'm going to work some more on it tonight and hopefully it will look still cold but maybe a little less lonely when I finish with it. I was kind of stuck on this one and have been looking/studying it this week. So I'm ready to add to this one now, yea the weekend is here!
