Great shots again Lynnie! Look forward to seeing these trees in your paintings! Your house in the snow with all the lights on looks so perfect. So 'homey' and cozy. Don't look now, but I think there's an octopus in your house,,, :-O Happy New Year!!
Hi Sukie, thanks so much, that was a great moon gazing night! Katie, thanks so much. I'm glad I got those pics because it was really foggy on New Year's Eve night. Thanks Jeannette and I hope you had a Happy New Year too. I'm so late answering this post, my dh has been hogging the computer this week lol! Thank you Fenny! Hehe Babs, that's the Christmas octupus and we bring him out every year. He sings 'Jingle Bells' through the bubbles lol! Janet, we just had that one night with the nice clear sky, all the others were so foggy and misty.
Hello and thanks for visiting! I've been painting and drawing for many years. I graduated from Western Kentucky University in 1984 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree and I've always enjoyed creating art! I'm fascinated with trees, growing up in Kentucky and living in Virginia for over 20 years! I love the outdoors and enjoy painting it!

fabulous photos of the moon!
Love these photos! I didn't even realize there was a full moon last night. I think we had clouds. Happy New Year to you, too.
In the second pic the moon almost looks like a painting! And I like your snow pic in the right column!
Happy New Year to you with much creativity!
Happy New Year to you!

That moon does seem to welcome the possibilities of the New Year. Here's hoping!
