"There's a sky in the hole" Taken on the day of the storm. Wow storms are scary but so exciting for taking pictures with my digi camera. The sky turns into an endless canvas with abstract art being painted in a huge WIP which is everchanging.

So now I have images of us all sitting on a doorstep eating chocolate cake watching this fabulous storm. This is a great photograph. Okay, now I have images of you racing down the street with your camera like a madwoman. Oh what you must do for a good shot :) That little peek of blue is lovely.

Ha Alfreda the part about us eating chocolate cake sounds delicious!! I only went a few steps away from my little front porch to get this shot cause it was all right over the house. This was where the storm was trying to break up and little patches of blue was starting to show.
Yep Terri there were severe storm warnings and tornado warnings all around that day. :O All we got was lots of rain and wild looking skies though.

Hello W.J.! I just have the images stored in the puter and my printer isn't working. :( One of these days I would love to start getting some prints made though. Thanks so much! :)Oh I just remembered another pic I got that evening when the sun rays were trying to get through the clouds, gotta post that one too.

Hey, post the other, for sure. I love your sky pics!

I only print the 8x10's for my little portfolio at home. Everything else is done at either Zazzle or MPix.

Hi W.J. and thank you. I've heard Zazzle is good to order prints from and I've also got a friend in WC Ladywolf1 who makes beautiful prints and she offered to do some prints for me at a great price. Hello Nina and thank you so much! I'm turning into a 'stormchaser' with my little digi camera. :)

Those are some scarey clouds! Black with hints of green and it's to the basement for me!!! I love it that you post your art and also cool things from your camera! I am going to Louisville tomorrow and will be there till Sunday. Kentucky is a state I have never really traveled in. Looking forward to seeing a little of it. Will be at the Galt on the Ohio River.

Heeey Cathy hello and thanks! I grew up in Louisville KY till I was 14 then we moved 120 miles south to Bowling Green. I hope you will enjoy your visit up there. I still have some relatives there. When I see the sky looking like that I wish I had a basement!
