Here today, gone tomorrow ~ Yesterday I found this little guy popped up in the front yard after we had finally had some rain. Today, he was shriveling up but more around him are popping up all around to take his place. I could almost picture some elves nearby!

Oh yes, Lynette! A little fairy garden to be sure!
Thanks for the fun images...kind of gets your head going, doesn't it?
Hi Lynette, love the Toadstool
we have a few around as well with all the wet weather
Oh yes!
Elves, fairies,,,pixies,,,perfect spot for them.
Maybe even a leprechon, you never know about those sneaky guys!
(I can get by with saying that, cause I'm Irish)
I see you also have pine trees. It all made for a super pic Lynnie,,,gets the ol imagination goin in overdrive.
Your Betsy in Kentucky okay? Hope they didn't get the brunt of it.
Such beautiful color on this toadstool. A seat for sprites and fairies. And maybe even toads (who turn into handsome princes).
Hi Kim, when I saw that little mushroom popped up I knew I had to get a photo!
Hi Genie, thanks so much and yes the wet weather sure brings them popping up.
Heey Babs, LOL I'm part Irish too, maybe that's why I could feel the magic and picture a little elf or two hiding under there! I tried to call Betsy last night and tonight but can't get ahold of her. She may be traveling for her job. I know they got some strong weather from Ike up near Louisville which is north of them.
We have tons of those lately. Kennett Square is the mushroom capital of the world -- or so they say -- and I believe it.
Janet, they must be popping up everywhere. :)
