Old photos and treasures found! ~ I was doing some spring cleaning and found some old pics of my daughter when she was little. I remember the day she had put on her 'dress up' play skirt, little black dress shoes and tied a kite to her back. She was running in circles and pretending she could fly! I love those memories and old photos! Also, one day she brought home this big funny face made out of construction paper that she had colored and made in school. I always loved that big face that I nicknamed it 'Mr. Funny Face' and had him decorating the fridge for years!
I want to congratulate my friend Babs, who is a very talented artist! She has gone and opened up her brand new Etsy shop!!! Woohoo Babs, way to go and I know your store will be a great success!!! You can visit her store here:

Hehe Babs you're so welcome and I bet you will do really well in Etsy! I think lots of people are getting tired of being ripped off by Ebay and moving over there. Yes I still have Mr. Funny Face. I keep him flat in the drawer and just brought him out to get the photo tonight. Thanks so much, I love those old photos of my baby cause she all grown up now!!

Lynette! This is so much fun! What a precious little one! Children are the most incredible parts of our lives and have so much to share with us...just think of the joy your own daughter is bringing to everyone who sees her here...all of that joy in her little face and the belief she can fly...because she can! We all need to remember to soar and I thank your daughter for reminding me today. And that Mr Funny Face is far too cute. Are you sure your daughter doesn't know Jafabrit? She likes to stick out her tongue! LOL

Babs! You go girl!

LOL Corrine, I thought of you when I realized that both my daughter was sticking out her tongue and Mr. Funny Face! :p She made that big face in layers and you can move his tongue around! I've been trying to clean out some stuff in her empty room so I can have a room just for my art stuff.

Thank you Angela, that big funny face always brighted my day when I had it on the fridge!
Aww thanks Cyn and ahhh it does pass way too quickly. Sometimes I wonder where the years went and my 'baby' is going to be 22 this year, wow!

oops, I can't type tonight. I meant to say brightened, not brighted. :o
